Hence, you can safely try our products without risk and receive a new product or refund your purchase if you're unsatisfied.
How it works
- Skincare results don't happen overnight. As a rule of thumb, you have to use a skincare product for 30-60 days on a daily basis before you can expect results (read more here). In order to make use of our satisfaction guarantee, you have to use your product for a minimum of 30 days.
- We all react differently to skincare. When switching to a new skincare product, you may experience a skin reaction. This is entirely normal, as the skin has to get used to the new ingredients. Be patient with the product and remember to reach out to us at any time — we're ready to help you.
- If your skin continues to react negatively to a product, please contact our customer service at email@example.com within 45 days of receiving the product. In the email, you must state the order ID and explain your problem, as well as attach a photo of your skin's reaction to the product.
- Together with you, we assess whether you should try a new product (at no cost) or have the amount of the product from the original order refunded. You must return the product to our address: Universitetsbyen 7 (Building 1712), DK-8000 Aarhus.
