1. What is Muscle Relief Heat Gel?

A warming gel for areas that need a little extra attention before training. It provides a pleasant warming sensation on the skin and fits naturally into your warm-up routine.

2. When should I use it?

Before training or other physical activity. Apply it to the areas you want to warm up before you get started.

3. How does it feel on the skin?

It provides a warming sensation that gradually develops on the skin. How warm it feels can vary from person to person.

4. Where on my body can I use it?

Use it on areas where you want a warming sensation before activity – such as your legs, thighs, calves, shoulders or back.

5. Is it only for running and training?

No. Use it before running, cycling, strength training or other activities. It’s also useful whenever your body simply needs a little help getting moving.

6. Can I use it after training?

The product is designed for use before physical activity, but it can also be used as part of your recovery routine. If you’re looking for a product for restless legs, take a look at our Active Recovery Magnesium Spray.

7. How much should I use?

Apply a suitable amount to the desired area and massage the gel into the skin. We recommend starting with a smaller amount until you know how your skin reacts.

8. How quickly does it work?

The warming sensation typically develops gradually after application. The intensity and how quickly you feel it can vary from person to person.

9. Can I use it alongside my warm-up?

Yes. It’s designed as a supplement to your warm-up routine – not as a replacement for properly warming up your body.

10. Is there anything I should be aware of?

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes and damaged or irritated skin. Wash your hands after use. If you experience severe irritation, discontinue use.
